Built in 1901 as a small medical practice and restored in 2021, this single-level bungalow sits behind a wall of hedge with its own gated entrance. Inside are three bedrooms, two bathrooms (one with a clawfoot tub), a gas fireplace and an open kitchen with a long dining table.
Out back is a fully fenced garden with a covered patio and outdoor furniture, including picnic tables and a sofa. It is private enough that you forget you are a few minutes from Sunset Boulevard.
